2. State Filing Fees: Non-Refundable Please be advised that the State charges a mandatory filing fee for Articles of Organization. This state filing fee is paid directly to your state's Department of Licensing and is non-refundable once submitted by us on your behalf.

• Before Submission: If you decide not to proceed with your LLC formation before we have submitted your Articles of Organization to the State, you will not incur any charges from us, as our service is free.
• After Submission: Once your Articles of Organization have been submitted, the state filing fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether you later decide to dissolve the LLC or if the filing is rejected for reasons beyond our control (e.g., issues with your chosen business name, or incomplete information provided by you).

3. Our Responsibility and Limitations: We are committed to accurately preparing and submitting your LLC filing based on the information provided during your consultation. While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, we are not responsible for:

• State Processing Delays: We cannot control the processing times of your state's Department of Licensing.
• Information Provided by Client: We are not responsible for errors or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during the consultation or subsequent communication.
• Business Decisions: Our consultation provides guidance on business formation, but ultimate business decisions, including the choice of entity and business name, remain your responsibility.

4. Consultation Policy: Your free consultation is an integral part of this service. We encourage you to utilize this opportunity to discuss your business needs and ensure the LLC structure is appropriate for you. There is no charge for the consultation itself, whether you proceed with the LLC filing or not.

Fees for these additional services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to engagement. Once any additional service has been rendered or commenced, fees for that specific service are non-refundable.
