  • Our Virtual Office Service is provided on a subscription basis. Please review our refund policy carefully.

    1. Service Fees: Subscription Based & Non-Refundable

    • Initial Subscription (Monthly or Annual): Fees for your initial Virtual Office subscription are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced. This is because we immediately allocate a unique address for your use and begin processing any incoming mail and communications, fulfilling our service obligation.
    • Renewals: For subsequent monthly or annual renewals, your service will automatically renew unless you provide written notice of cancellation.
      • If you cancel before a renewal charge is processed, you will not be billed for the upcoming period.
      • Once a renewal fee has been processed for an upcoming monthly or annual period, it becomes non-refundable.

    2. Termination of Service by Client:

    • You may terminate your Virtual Office service at any time by providing written notice to info@businessmoneyguru.com at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.
    • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a pre-paid monthly or annual subscription period. This policy reflects the administrative and operational costs associated with maintaining your address and mail handling capabilities.
    • Upon termination, it is your responsibility to update your business address with all relevant parties (clients, vendors, state agencies, etc.) to ensure your mail is no longer sent to our address. We are not responsible for mail received after your service termination date.

    3. Mail Handling Policy:

    • Our service is for official business mail and limited package receipt as per your chosen plan. We reserve the right to refuse or return unsolicited mail, junk mail, or packages that exceed reasonable limits or are not clearly identifiable for your business.
    • We are not responsible for delays in mail delivery once documents are forwarded by us via postal service or email (for scanning services).

    4. Our Responsibility and Limitations:

    • Our service provides a professional business address and mail handling. It does not include legal advice, tax advice, or the provision of full-time physical office space.
    • We reserve the right to terminate service for misuse of the address, illegal activities, or non-payment, with no refund issued for the remainder of the current service period.
